The Chelsea vs Arsenal match will be played on Saturday, February 4, at the Stamford Bridge, London. Chelsea is the current leader with 56 points, while Arsenal is currently 3rd on the table with 47 points. This is a derby match of English Premier League round 24 and it can even decide the next champion!
In their previous 10 meetings, Chelsea recorded 6 victories, Arsenal recorded 2 victories, while 2 matches ended as a draw. It is really interesting that in their last 9 encounters at least one team didn't score a single goal.
Chelsea recorded a draw against Liverpool on the road in the previous match and if they win against Arsenal the race for the title might be over already. For the second time in the row, the team that isn't playing in European competitions is going strong in Premier League and it seems that only a miracle can stop them from winning the title. All players are ready for the big derby against Arsenal and eager for a rematch. If you don't remember, Arsenal crushed them in the first part of the season and celebrated a 3-0 victory! Arsenal was defeated against outsiders Watford on Emirates. If they recorded a victory, they would be only 6 points behind Chelsea and with an eventual victory against them this weekend, the Gunners would make the race for the title very exciting. However, after the defeat in the last match they will come into the derby against Chelsea with low self confidence and they will most likely have a hard time. Ramsey, Xhaka and Cazorla are unavailable for the match so it will be interesting to see how Wenger will put his midfield together. Latest matches: Arsenal FC

Chelsea have the chance to finish off their rivals in the race for the title. However, they will certainly be more defensive orientated, just like in the match against Liverpool, and a draw would be regarded as a moderate success.
