Following Saturday’s emotional Premier League fixtures, there’s a couple still to come on Sunday afternoon. One of those is a London derby between Chelsea and Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge.
Palace will be happy with their recent record against Chelsea, winning three of the last six meetings with the fellow Londoners. Chelsea have won the other three, but lost the most recent fixture in front of their own fans as they were beaten 2-1. Each of the last three meetings have finished 2-1 with nine of the last ten being won by a single goal.
Depending on Man City’s result with Southampton, Chelsea could go top of the table with three points on Sunday. As mentioned, Hazard should play at least some part in the match while Olivier Giroud won’t be risked. Latest matches: Chelsea FC

Even a victory for the visitors may not see them move up the table as they are three points behind West Ham in 13th. They have some injury worries but Zaha, Cheikhou Kouyate and James McArthur are expected to return to the starting XI. Latest matches: Crystal Palace

After a blistering start to life under Sarri, it’s hard to see anything other than a comfortable Chelsea win on Sunday despite Crystal Palace having a decent record against the Blues. It might be worth a punt on Chelsea with a -1 handicap or even for them to win to nil with the Eagles struggling in front of goal this term.
