As another Premier League season comes to a close, they are a number of fixtures that have very little relevance in terms of the final league table. One of those brings Manchester United, who will finish the campaign in 2nd to the London Stadium to face a West Ham side that won’t be going down.
You would expect Man United to have dominated West Ham in their meetings in recent seasons however, they have won just two of their last six league fixtures against the Hammers. They have both come in the last two including the one back in August where the Red Devils came out 4-0 winners. Lukaku bagged a brace while Anthony Martial and Paul Pogba chipped in with one each.
There’s nothing more than pride on the line for the hosts in this one and it could take them into a position where they can finish inside the top half on the final day of the season. Arnautovic isn’t expected to be fully fit while Javier Hernandez and Michail Antonio miss out along with others. Latest matches: West Ham United

Tottenham can mathematically catch United in 2nd if Jose Mourinho’s side fail to record any more points in their last two games however, a point would be enough for the Northern side to hold down the runners-up spot. Alexis Sanchez should be back in the starting XI with Marouane Fellaini and Lukaku missing out. Latest matches: Manchester United

As mentioned, this game holds nothing more than self-pride and the visitors are certainly favourites for their trip to the capital. West Ham will be looking to end the season on a high but they shouldn’t have enough quality to overcome a strong Man United side.
